A song dedicated to bring about peace in our troubled world.
We can make a difference.
Please pray for peace in Ukraine.
You and Me, Words and Music by Rene A
We can bring back hope and love
And then we shall see face to face
Love will never fail
You and Me, anew
Hope will lead us through
You and Me
We now, can be made complete
His love and peace will flourish in our hearts
Breastplate of faith and love
You and Me, anew
Helmet of salvation
For You and Me
REFRAIN
You and me we have been called
So we might go and bear much fruit
Fruit that will last
Hope and Love
He called us by our names
You and Me
We can fervently love
We will walk by faith, and not by sight F
or with Him, loving kindness
You and Me, anew
And with Him, redemption
For You and Me
Love another as He did love you
If we speak, but no love in our hearts
We become just gongs, a noisy clanging cymbals
Let’s bring back hope and love
You and Me

Sorry that it is so nerdy. We are working with ultra-old technology on this website (Drupal 6). One of these days I will find the time to migrate to WordPress where pasting in a YouTube URL will be a breeze.
Hi Richard,
You are a very patient man, and I really appreciate you.
For some reason, I am not able to get the embed thing done correctly.
I will try again next time.
Again, thanks for the wonderful comments, and for being so patient with me.
Respectfully,
'Rene
Rene, you did do the embed correctly one time so far, but just in one of the windows. You have to get used to toggling between visual view and source code view in the two editing windows – Body and Teaser. I usually start with the Body content. Then I copy source code from Body content to the source view of the Teaser.
I fully understand how "source code" can trip you up. Quite similar to the way learning scales on my guitar trips me up something fierce!
I have produced some CD albums of Catholic Christian music which were used very successfully as a fundraiser for our building project at the Basilica of St Paul in Daytona Beach Florida. Some of the songs have become "hits" with the congregation and in other parishes in surrounding areas. I'm certain that others throughout the Catholic Christian community would enjoy hearing, learning and using them in worship and fellowship settings I would like to know more about the path to distribution....
I have been looking for a song forever and wanted to post a comment to see if anyone knows a cd that it is on or even all of the lyrics. It is a Mary song for kids.
I'm an aspiring Catholic artist here in Brooklyn, NY. I would like to use my music to evangelize and spread the message of Gods mercy, love, light and joy to all who may come to hear it. I would also love to collaborate with other musicians and grow in faith and fellowship through praise and song.
A song writer in my mother tongue and in (Malayalam) and in English and choir leader for many years in my parish church. have few English songs and tuned and never recorded due to lack of knowledge in composing and recording. But have recorded in voice record app. Wish to refine and sung by many if Lord wishes so. Please accept me and help me to honor and glorify Jesus our the only one of Lord now and for ever Ammen
I am a Catholic artist who has recorded three albums over the last 15 years. My latest release "Bountiful" was written primarily during the pandemic and highlights how these events call us to an even greater union with God. I began with a small band, and now am primarily a solo artist, writing, and performing all music.
We are a Christian/Catholic duo writing and performing original music
in a variety of genres. We believe we have a message that will entertain and impact others. We have music from 2 previous CDs with more music to release soon.
I had attended Catholic school as a child, even though my parents were Protestants. I've never felt more at home than I did in our chapel at school. I miss that feeling. Also, I noticed someone was looking for lyrics to a hymn that was sung when I was a child and I'd like to help that user out.
