Table of the Lord

Hi all,
I'm looking forward to being active in this community! My music team in Woking, UK, are developing/recording music for prayer groups and services, but some of it is original work and the feeback from this forum would be welcome and appreciated. Not all music is necessarily for Mass (though clearly some is!) and as I post you will note that some is for school assemblies and gatherings.
Here's my song 'Table of the Lord' for offertory. It's authorised for use in Mass by our Bishops here in the UK.

I am hoping that, becoming a member, I will be able to find sheet music (mostly, lead sheets, if available), that also contain the guitar chords, as I, typically, see them, and then, improvise, accordingly.
