Calling on the Spirit

This is a good prayer for the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit to be given to youth of the world. I might have some suggestions for improving the English phrases. Thank you for sharing.

Suggestions for Holy Spirit song lyrics

Hi. Just looking at your lyrics now. Not sure what you mean by asking if they are stable or unstable. One approach to songwriting is to first decide what meter and pace you want for the song. You can set up a 3/4 or 4/4 beat with a drum track or metronome. Then speak the words and see if they flow naturally. Pay attention to stressed and unstressed syllable. Important words should be stressed or accented. Unimportant words like "the" or "on" should be unstressed. Multi-syllable words should be sung exactly as they are spoken – with the accent on the proper syllable. 

Here are some suggestions. I think repeating "Oh, Holy Spirit calls on children of the world" four times is too much. Your main "idea" or story is the gifts of the Holy Spirit which will help guide children along the path to Christ. Keep a consistent point of view. The singer is praying to the Holy Spirit.
