in darkness surrounded we be
in our exile
Hear us, we humbly pray,
O come do not delay
in joyful hope we sing
Come divine King
2) Lord you give us the grace
to endure and joyfully face
evils and trials
and bring your mercy
to all in need and weak
to all those you seek
To give your love
3) Spirit cleans and refine
our hearts souls and minds
purify us
enflame our pure desires
with your holy fire
and in earth’s darkest place
Let us be light
4)Blessed and holy three,
glorious Trinity,
Wisdom, Love, Might,
bound-less as ocean's tide
rolling in fullest pride,
through the world, far and wide
